I just posted a couple of videos to Vimeo. These were two of the first videos that I filmed using my new JAG35 Pro 35mm adapter. This adapter helps give digital video depth of field, while still being MUCH cheaper than professional video rigs. http://www.jag35.com Slightly better quality videos are on my Vimeo page, which WordPress doesn’t work seamlessly with: http://vimeo.com/corkleg/videos. Below are the YouTube versions. (Hey WordPress. Get with it. Let us embed Vimeo files.)
This first video was from May 28th, the second night of Heliotrope VI at the Ritz Theater in NE Minneapolis.
The second is a video from my friend Sean’s back yard. Sean sculpts Human Head Bird Feeders out of porcelain and willow branches. The birds love ‘em. You just can’t tell in my videos. (YouTube took down my first video due to the use of the Neil Young song. Copyright and all that.) This second version uses part of a recording of the Bigloo Players.

This past weekend was Heliotrope VI. Easily my favorite music festival. Three days of local underground and underexposed music. Friends of mine have put this on for six years now. I always come away refreshed and excited about the local underground music scene.
Here are some images of the poster that I designed for the show. Contact me if you would like to purchase one. Only $10!
